1. Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within **14 days** of delivery.  
- Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.  
- Exceptions: Final sale items (e.g., clearance, personalized products) cannot be returned.  

2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within **5-7 business days**.  
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.  

3. Exchanges 
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.

- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.  
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.  

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items 
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within **48 hours** of delivery with photos/video proof. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange a replacement/refund.  

6. Non-Returnable Items
- Underwear, swimwear (for hygiene reasons)  
- Sale/clearance items  
- Custom-made or personalized products
